The wind was 40 mph Feb. 2 and trash pick-up was Feb. 3. I'd like to know why one house on Kimbles Beach Road put their trash out at noon the day before collection? Their trash cans were on their sides and their trash was all over the neighborhood. They do this every week. Can code enforcement please help us neighbors out?
