Why is it so difficult for people who live here to observe the traffic laws? They apply here like anywhere else, perhaps more. Whether fire, police, EMT or school bus when lights are flashing, stop! Be a good citizen, it helps all of us, and cutting someone off just to save a second, dumb. No wonder insurance costs so much here.
