Whoever is in charge of the Technical School Day Care Center should seriously think about the sense in walking two toddlers in strollers along Moore Road, which is also the northbound entrance to the Parkway. They walk dangerously close to the lane of travel and abreast of each other versus in single file. I realize that they have every right to walk on that road, but I would think that the parents of these children would object to their children being exposed to that degree of danger. I witnessed March 8, a northbound vehicle swerve into the narrow shoulder almost striking the kids.
