Who makes the decision on what county road, or what portion of that county road gets repaved? Sections of Court House-Dennisville Road were recently repaved that didn't even need repaving. The section of Court House-Dennisville road between the 4-H building and the Acme has small lakes to drive thru in the rain and axle breaking bumps along with man hole covers to traverse. Goshen Road is also horrible!
