To the Whitesboro spouter: Town rule? It was an amendment to expand our town centers. Fortunately, Committeeman Clark voted against this. Why is it ok for Mayor Donohue and Deputy Mayor Lockwood to use the township engineers to petition the state for a handful of private businesses? They cost us a fortune. It flies in the face of small government. We shouldn't have to pay for changes that benefit out of state corporations. They just want more money for their property and more congestion and development for Rio Jam. They should confront the DEP at their own expense. Two of them are DC lawyers.
