When did "Best and Final" become the standard in the real estate world? Our opportunity to negotiate is stolen by the realtors who want the most commission with no regard for the buyers. I can't believe this practice is still around. It put so many people in debt over the covid days having them desperately looking for money to beat an unknown and possibly unreal competitor. I think the this practice needs to stop!
