What part of “Every time you use a credit card, the business you use it at is charged a transaction fee that’s invisible to you” do you not understand? Even if you use cash everywhere, you are still paying for someone else’s credit card transaction fee, because you are not getting your gas, pizza, lumber, groceries, prescriptions, clothing, or anything else cheaper than someone using a credit card. It’s the credit card company’s business model, and has been since the beginning.
