What if they close the zoo and park and turn the property into affordable housing. Homeless shelters and free food distribution center. Zoo’s as well as circuses are so passé. There’s also a vacant building on Rt. 9 in Rio Grand that could be occupied by homeless or migrants or single mothers or recovering drug addicts.
