The wearing of masks should be universal whenever in a public area. We protect each other by wearing a mask. Today in Stone Harbor, very few people walking on 96th Street and 3rd Avenue were wearing masks or practicing social distancing. Even if the virus is diminishing, there is still the danger of transmission by not doing the things that we have been directed to do to keep our visitor and local populations safe and healthy.
