We were disappointed in a contractor. Don't pay him ahead of time. A two-week job turned into a four-month job and much of his work was rejected as not to code from a housing inspector. All payments were made on time, a couple of times he asked for accelerated payments and, shame on us, we did it. We are now left with a house that we would like to sell with a significant level of feedback as to his poor workmanship. He did not back a one-year warranty for his workmanship. Please beware.
