As we approach Valentine's day it is clear who doesn't have a heart. Two of the richest men on the planet are decreasing the staff of USAID from 15,000 to 500. Despite the fact that the aid benefits America in many ways, including disease control and international stability which lessens our need for troops, the meaness is self evident. People will starve. People will die. People will suffer. disease will spread. Hopefully not to America. It is heartless and cruel just like the men who made the decision. I don't even have to say their names.
