Water on Route 83 and 47 is a county engineering malfunction, which lies in DT, that causes water to pool on roadways. A pumping system should be installed in the retention pond next to the roadway, but first we need several studies done, and consulting engineering firms hired, to help bleed the taxpayers money by the county officials. Then we award bids to the campaign donors to complete work.
