For those lamenting electric cooking appliances in lieu of gas, I have a real world example for you. In April I purchased a nationally known brand air fryer to cook with 95% of the time, instead of using propane range/grill due to price increase of propane. (Dryer was still gas) Over the next 6 months I saved over $500 in combined electric/gas bills, and electric bill was higher due to heavier AC use. I made everything from eggs to ribs, roasts and wings, to lasagna in the air fryer, and they were just as good. The only things I needed the gas range/grill for were pasta and to steam crabs.
