Ted Cruz, in speeches and ads, warns that a vote for Hillary or Bernie will result in the loss of free speech, free religion and gun rights. The lad had better check his facts. No one president can change the Constitution. It can only be changed with a two-thirds vote of the House and Senate, or by convening a Constitutional Convention, which requires two-thirds of the state legislatures to authorize. Cruz is preying on Americans' lack of knowledge and their irrational fears.
