As a taxpayer, was are certain county employees allowed to drive county Durangos to and from work? Who is allowing this and why? There are others to just head to the stop light by the Administration Building between 1:30 and 3:30 Monday through Friday and watch them all leave. Must be nice to have those working hours too.
