To the Spouter from North Cape May who said: “Correct me is (sic) I’m wrong, but when a newly elected politician takes office don’t they take an oath to uphold and protect the Constitution?” You are correct; however, the problem is not with the “oath” taking, but with enforcing consequences for “oath” breaking, and holding those accountable that do so. Seems like today, one person’s “sedition” is another’s “free speech”, or so they would have you believe.
