To the spouter asking if Middle Township Elementary Schools will be doing more field trips or events in general, those events are put on by the PTO, not teahcers. The PTO is normally run by parents but dissolved this year due to the lack of volunteers. Teachers are taking on the incredible task of teaching children under highly unusual and far from ideal circumstances. I suggest that you volunteer to run the PTO if you wish to see these things happening in your district.
