In response to the spout about the 45 mph signs on the Parkway south near Court House remaining up because the work isn't complete: Yes, I understand they need to still add some asphalt to the road. Is that really the justification for leaving two signs up for an entire winter when they would probably take 10 minutes to take down? It hasn't been a work zone all winter. The same 10 minutes it would take to take them down is probably the same amount of time it would take to put them back up when work actually starts. This is like leaving the "Turtle Crossing" signs up all year.
