Regarding the drug problem: What about the abuse of legal prescription? Try working for someone who takes a pill to sleep, pill to wake up, pill to lose weight and drinks alcohol, all in one day. Then they lose it all day long, screaming at everybody. Unfortunately, this person is over 50 so doctors just keep writing prescriptions for them.
