Court House / Philadelphia - As a veteran attending the Fourth of July celebration at Goshen Complex, I was disappointed and upset to see the disregard for the American flag. Numerous small flags were decorating the entrance, but these flags were touching the ground. As Americans, everyone knows, the flag never knowingly touches the ground. I come from a family of veterans both during wartime and peacetime, and to see these flags touching the ground was so disrespectful. It would have been better to not use them at all.
