People complaining about a grocery store removing self-checkouts: They were removed because theft was rampant, and many people didn't know what they were doing. For the employees being rude and/or ignorant, how about some of the customers be more pleasant and not so "entitled?" I shop quite often and I see how some of my fellow shoppers can be very rude for no reason. I've also seen a few times how one item was scanned at the self-checkout and another wasn't.
