OK, I normally don’t do this but I was very confused. How a 19-year-old drunk driver can hit a parked car have multiple Middletown police cars on site after all said and done. The 19 year-old was allowed to walk home drunk and all the cops knew the kid was drunk. Please please please help me to understand this! And if I remember right, the name of the road was ridge rd off of rt 47 near del haven .
