Nobody has heard from the recreation department about the soccer program. No teams have been assigned and no practices yet, etc. The person in charge didn't even know that the older kids travel on a league. How can you put somebody in charge that has no clue what is going on? Why not call the former person in, or even the young man who was under her, and ask them how things are done? These children are the ones suffering.
