More terrapin barriers need to be installed along roads that cut through the marshes. It will save more terrapins from being hit by cars but also make it safer for for drivers. Avalon Blvd, Wildwood Blvd, North Wildwood Blvd, all stretches of Ocean Drive need permanent well designed terrapin barriers like those along Sea Isle Blvd. State and County elected and non-elected officials need to make the installation of good terrapin barriers a top priority. Year after year, no one in government does anything.
