Middle Township should use eminent domain as a last resort to prevent Conifer's low-income housing from being built in Court House. There is no need for it to be built at all. The Conifer project will turn Court House into a drug and crime-infested ghetto. The Conifer housing project should not be allowed to be built on land that should be preserved as part of the Cape May National Wildlife Refuge. The land threatened by the Conifer project could be preserved by the county's open space preservation program. The Conifer project must be stopped!
