Middle Township purchased and installed a security gate across the main entrance to the Davies Sports Complex at a cost of over $5,000. Council was advised prior to this that there was previously a gate that had to be removed due to access difficulties by various team sports and individuals wanting to use nature walks and playgrounds. Why are we spending money on something that's proven to be ineffective in the past?
