The last thing Middle Township needs is low income housing in Cape May Court House & Rio Grande. It will bring down property values, increase crime, and flood the schools with problem students. The land that the township wants the low income housing built on should just be sold to the open space preservation program and preserve the land instead. The Township needs to stop the low income housing before it's too late. No one will want to live in Middle or send their kids to Middle schools if the township is allowed to become a ghetto.
