Kudos to Middle Twp police for enforcing the new speed limit on Stone Harbor Blvd. It's less noisy and safer for drivers, walkers, workers, cyclists and residents. Take the 2 minutes more it takes to get to the Parkway and enjoy the view. It's a special place.
