I've been trying to be fair and even-handed as I assess Gov. Murphy's steps fighting Covid-19. I must say that his closure of MVC offices until 7/7 was a complete and total act of ineptitude. The MVC should have been kept open and safety measures employed, like appointments to limit the number of people at any given office at one time. Now after 4 months of backlogging the offices are mob scenes. Not only is this unfair and aggravating to citizens ,its far less safe than if MVC had been kept open with a steady stream rather than a deluge.
