I was glad to see that the proposal by the state to “overhaul” the open public records act has been tabled because of opposition. It said some municipalities were in favor of it. However it will come around again after the waters calm down a bit. It’s a shame no one knew about the counties plans to destroy virgin forest at the park or maybe it could have been stopped or the damage reduced. Limited disclosure people. Beware.
