I saw that Cape May County Freeholders want to get a boat with grant money. It was stated it won't cost the taxpayers anything. Grants are not free, they cost for all of us. Who will pay for the fuel, staffing, maintenance, training, etc.? I am sure the State Police and Coast Guard are more than capable of patrolling the waterways.
