I just got evidence that NJ Public Education is graduating incompetents.. I gave a young WAWA cashier a $2 bill for a 89 cent item and she gave me back 4 one dollar bills and 11 cents .. Not too bad, think next time I see her at cash register I will give he a $2 bill again. I asked her what High School she graduated from she said "Middle Twp with Honors" AND our School taxes keep going up and graduating ??????
