I have used the Garden State Speedway between Cape May and Somers Point exit several times the past 2 weeks .It clearly is a speedway,doing 73 mph you will get run over and passed by vehicles doing 85 plus..Where are the tax paid State Troopers ,usually sitting in Avalon barracks,this morning there were 2 State cop cars there as a car passed me ,clearly doing more than 90...State Cops doing nothing to control excessive speeding.
