I have seen a few comments about bikes needing license and I agree. Bikes on highways paid for by powered vehicles should contritute to the highway construction funds or stay off the highways. Police give them a Right of Way and I asked WHY? as they contribute nothing to maintaining highways..In addition I would bet over 50% of adult bike riders are out of Staters..How about our legislators step up and do something positive..? Maybe we might even get some Gas Tax relief ,no that will never happen ,just wishful thinking.
