How was a man from New York able to get tested for the COVID-19 virus and locals can't come to the ER unless we have a script from our doctors office, which if we have any signs of the virus we are suppose to stay away from the doctor's office. Maybe we should just pretend that we are from out of state or a NBA player. The elderly and children are being treated like we are the cause of the virus.
