Enough with this “new normal.” I have never heard anything so ridiculous. There have been long term negative impacts on the world economy and a psychological impact that will last a generation, but the world has not changed. There was no “new normal” after the 1918 flu pandemic and many more died. It seems like we are having a national funeral and we have given up. This will not not be forever and we will move on, back to exactly the “normal” that we want.
