The elimination of plastic bags in NJ beginning in 2022 sounds like a good idea for the environment, but it will burden businesses and people purchasing goods. The root cause of the problem is that people need to stop littering. There's trash everywhere. We need to bring back the campaign of the 70's to stop littering and Keep America Beautiful.
