And you, the tax payer is paying for it . Not to mention food stamps, medical care, and the broken families that result from a failing social network. How much longer can the government afford this ? How much longer can tax payers afford this ? The whole safety net is about to collapse. Thousands will be homeless living in the woods. It is time for our government to work with landlords.
