Did Founding Fathers, in regard to the Second Amendment, envision mail order gun purchases? Did they envision one person owning dozens of guns? Did they envision weapons that discharge ammunition so fast that it can cut a human being in two? Did they envision road rage and mental illness and poor judgment among some gun owners? I think not.
