D.E.I is still alive and well in about 75% of businesses in CMC. Myself and 2 other coworkers are victims of this on a daily basis. Where we recieved right ups for the same thing certain demographic do 5 days a week, only difference is we are white and they are black/Spanish. And when we point it out to our supervisor, they turn another cheek We are a non union based job, so no protection for us. This is what is going to drive hardworking people out of the workforce
