Dear MT Police, what determines a summons/ticket to a person for "Careless Driving"/crash which nearly kills the owners of a home which has been in the family for 70+ years, knocking the home off its foundation causing structural damage, making it unliveable and soon to be demolished? Doesn't make since when you will give a ticket to someone who drives across someone else's property destroying their lawn or knocking over their mailbox.
