Committeeman Tim Donohue, a fellow Republican and Lockwood’s ally when they served together, defended the budget, though he said it needed tweaking. Some of the concerns I have, is how do changes affect the long-term plan? We all want a zero, but we have to keep an eye on the long-term. Isn't it amazing that they, meaning Donohue and Lockwood, did nothing but brag about having a zero budget while the Republicans ruled. Now that Democrats have the majority they are concerned about the long-term plan! That is laughable and hypocritical!
