Besides being woefully “dated”, those “quotes” were rare as hen’s teeth back in 1985, but they were indeed uttered occasionally, especially if you were in the business world then, as I was. Then, only large businesses or the gov. community had even heard of “internet”, let alone “portable phones”. So, employing them to show that using a 1985 Biden quote that also didn’t age well, as a cheap “gotcha” today is equally absurd, is valid.
