Court House / Cape May - In response to a Herald article July 9, the oldest tree in Cape May County, perhaps South Jersey, is a massive red oak in the cemetery on Church Street in Court House. It provides shade for the burial plots of Leaming and Hand family decedents, with some grave stones dating back to the 1690s.
