Can anybody tell me why my tax dollars pay for an animal control staff who can't control the skunks, racoons, and other night-time prowlers running around the middle of our town? With all the tax money we pay to this township, we shouldn't be afraid to step out of our homes at night, in fear of being sprayed, bitten, or attacked.
