The biggest concern I have with the Trump administration is the growing U.S. deficit. True, the deficit has been growing for quite some time so this is not unique to Trump. Given that Trump is the self-described King of Debt and has no problem declaring bankruptcy, I'm concerned he would stop making payments on US debt (bonds). As soon as he does that, we lose our reputation as a safe investment and the economy will be ruined. No one is talking about this, and I wouldn't put it past him.
