To the big guy in the dark gray pickup truck who drove up to the doggie bag dispenser at a very busy section of the walking/bike path, climbed out, and proceeded to roll all the bags out for himself to take away in his truck, until I said, “I think you already took enough”. IT DOES MATTER. Friday, Saturday it is empty and the weekends are very busy with dog walkers on the path. The bags are put there with taxpayer dollars TO KEEP THE PATH CLEAN AND SANITARY for the walkers and bikers who use it. BUY YOUR OWN BAGS! Shame on you!
