Based on a long-standing hope, but also as a result of what I witnessed while out doing errands this past, overcast weekend, Aug. 1, I wish that everyone could practice a little more kindness as they go about their daily lives. Look out for others, let someone else have the right of way, practice respect and restraint and be courteous. If someone annoys or angers you, let it go. If everyone were more civil, considerate and treated everyone as they'd like to be treated, what a better way of life all of us could have.
