Avalon fined and sued the poor lady that had a naturalized, low water yard and now they are worried about water usage for all the homes with golf course grass. No one on seven mile island should have a grass lawn. It should only be native plants. It is a barrier island, not a gold course. It would not only save water but might cut down on flooding.
