Around Mile marker 3 on the Garden State Speedway there is very nice body of water and it has some decent fish as I have caught some before getting chase out by state troopers . But I have a question given the GS speedway has outrageous tolls why can’t they use some of their excess and turn that area a nice fishing lake? If would do that area well and demonstrate some nice useful things from high toll cost . But this is NJ and I doubt those in charge of Garden State Speedway can even spell “fish” and only know how to spell “higher tolls”
